Light Armor:

A new coating for the fluorescent lights that contain synthetic melanin – the same material that is naturally produced inside our eyes to reduce glare and protect against damage from sunlight and artificial light.

A NEW SOLUTION TO A “GLARING PROBLEM” OF ALL FLUORESCENT BULBS-NATRALITE MELANIN CFL

Fluorescent Bulbs (CFL’s) will save energy;
BUT they will also increase glare coming from blue and violet light – also called HEV, or high energy visible light. LIVE UV ,HEV also cause glare(1), damage to the eyes (2) and damage to the skin(3).

Natralite Product Description

  • The Natralite CFL bulb has a new polymer coating technology that cntains melanin coating .The new coating with melanin achieves the following:
    1. Elimination of all UV rays emitted from the fluorescent bulb
    2. Significant reduction of HEV (glare)
    3. Selective filtration of light (melanin filters the wavelengths of light roughly in proportion to their ability to cause eye damage,skin damage and glare.)
